This is the Privacy Policy of Branta, Inc., a Texas corporation, and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (collectively, “We,” “Us” or “Company”) regarding your use and interaction with Company and its “Branta” software application and all related software applications, its Branta.pro website and all related websites, portals and cloud servers (collectively, the “Application”).
By using our Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy. Company collects information from our users at several different points on the Application. Personal Information (defined below) provided by users (“you”) will be used by Company to improve the Application and provide a more personalized experience for the user, but information which identifies a specific individual will not be disclosed to others without the user’s permission unless necessary to provide services which the user has requested.
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
Company is based in the Texas, USA, and is only required to comply with applicable US and state data and privacy laws. Do not use the Application or if any provision of this Privacy Policy does not comply with any laws of your jurisdiction.
Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use which are incorporated herein by reference (the “Terms”). In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms, the provisions of this Privacy Policy will prevail.

In order to fully access this Site, you must first complete the registration process, during which we will collect your email address. By registering with us, you consent to the use and method of disclosure as described in this Privacy Policy

Automatic Data Collection
We may automatically collect certain information when you interact with us or our Application, including:
Transaction Information. When you engage in a transaction through the Application, we collect information about the transaction, such as the date, time, and amount of the transaction
Device and Usage Information. We collect information about how you access our Application, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, browser type, and app version. Log Files. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.
Information From Other Sources
We may obtain information from other sources. For example, we may collect information from advertising networks, and data analytics providers. This information may include your name, email address, and phone number. Additionally, if you create or log into your account through a third-party platform (such as Telegram), we may have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, telephone number, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.We may also work with identity verification vendors to conduct “know your customer” or “know your business” checks. You may be asked to share information with such vendors (e.g., name, address, social security number, and driver’s license) so the vendors can tell us whether you have successfully completed the check and are authorized to use the Application.
We will also use vendors that provide background information about social media profiles we collect and information about the source of funds from the transaction IDs referenced above.
You understand that you shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the Personal Information shared with us. In the event you share any Personal Information on behalf of a third person, you shall ensure that you have the necessary authority to share such Personal Information with us.
Who is collecting the data?
Company and collaborating third parties in order to provide service to our Users.
The Application may contain links to other sites. However, please be aware that Company is not responsible for and cannot control the privacy policies of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Application, and to read the privacy policies of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Company Application.

We will not process your Personal Information without a lawful basis to do so. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Your Rights Regarding the Date We Collect.
With respect to the data we collect from you, you have the following rights:

2) the right to access and review the data we have collected from you;

Our Data Retention Period.
We typically maintain your data for as long as you use our Application and/or our services. We also reserve the right to retain any/all data from our users and former users indefinitely unless/until the user requests deletion of their data, or in the event we are legally required to remove the data, whichever occurs first.
We will generally only retain your Personal Information for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as set out under this section above. However, in the following circumstances, we may be required to retain, preserve or disclose your Personal Information for a longer period of time:
• in order to comply with applicable laws or regulations;
• in order to comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process;

How do we use collected information?
Except as otherwise noted herein, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Company uses the collected Personal Data to provide and maintain our Application and provide customer support for our Application. Lastly, if you have been assigned a login ID and/or password for use on an Company system (for example, a login for our web store to purchase products), you should never give out that information to others.

Providing and improving our products.
We are able to deliver our Application, personalize content and make suggestions for you by using this information to understand how you use and interact with our Application and the people or things you're connected to and interested in on and off our Application. We also use information we have to provide shortcuts and suggestions to you. When we have location information, we use it to tailor our Application for you and others, such as helping you check in and find local events in your area or telling your friends that you are nearby. We conduct surveys and research, test features in development and analyze the information that we have in order to evaluate and improve products and services, develop new products or features and conduct audits and troubleshooting activities.

Sending emails or pushing notifications

We may also use your Information for the purpose of sending you direct marketing (whether by messaging within our services, by email or by other means) that offer or advertise our products and services and/or the products and services of selected third parties. Third-Party Cloud Application.
You will access our Application via a cloud server portal, which may be provided by Company or a third-party cloud provider such as AWS or Azure (collectively, the “Third-Party Cloud Providers). Company has no control of, nor liability for, the data privacy collection or protection practices of Third-Party Cloud Providers. Please consult the privacy policy of each Third-Party Cloud Provider you use to access our Application.
Application Usage.
Company may monitor your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address) relating to your use of the Application and/or services and log this information. This information may be used to diagnose Application technical problems. We also use personal and non-Personal Information in aggregate or statistical form in order to improve our products, services and procedures. This means that information from many persons and/or web site visits is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the Personal Information of any particular person. For example, we track how many people have expressed interest in a particular product and what kinds of web browsers are most often used when visiting our web site. Among other things, this information helps us determine which of our products and services are successful and which should be changed or discontinued.

Cookies are data files that are written onto your computer by a website or software application (such as our Application) and stay there unless they expire or are removed by you. Web Beacons.
Web beacons are very small, invisible graphics present on web pages or emails that help us track when the page or email has been accessed. Some parts of the Application, emails and other files may use web beacons, also known as clear gif technology or action tags. We do not use web beacons to collect, use or store any Personal Information about you.
EU General Data Protection Regulation.
For residents of the EU, please note that this Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance.
Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Disclosure of Collected Information.
Information from the Application. Company will never disclose to non-affiliated third parties without your prior approval your e-mail address, phone number, or other Personal Information that we collect via the Application. However, we reserve the right to outsource certain activities to certain third parties. In such cases, we strictly limit the information provided to these third parties to the minimum necessary for them to perform the functions for which we have retained them and prohibit them from using the information for any other purpose or retaining it after it is no longer needed.
Law Enforcement.
Company, however, will cooperate with official law enforcement inquiries, such as fraud investigations and subpoenas, and will disclose your information when necessary to comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
Disclaimer.
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other Personal Information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose Personal Information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmission or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your Personal Information that they collect from the Application.
Children 18 Years of Age and Younger.
You must be 18 or over to use the Application. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Enforcement.
If for some reason you believe Company has not adhered to the principles of this Privacy Policy, please notify us, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly.
Disputes.
This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be settled by final and binding arbitration conducted in Texas by one neutral arbitrator knowledgeable in the subject matter covered by this Privacy Policy, in accordance with this Section and the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The successful party in the arbitration shall be awarded by the arbitrator that party’s costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and administrative fees of the AAA. An award may be confirmed and judgment entered in any court having competent jurisdiction. Except as otherwise provided for herein, any litigation initiated under such act or otherwise shall be conducted in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas, Texas.
Additional Information.
Notification of Privacy Policy Changes.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and you may visit this page to learn of our revised Privacy Policy. All such changes shall be binding on you 14 calendar days after they are initially posted on the Website unless you are a new user, in which case they are binding on you immediately.
Business Transition.
In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
Notices.
Any notices or other communication required or permitted to be made or given by either Party pursuant to this Privacy Policy will be in writing, in English, and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered if delivered to the address specified herein or such other address as Company may specify in writing.
